Fine Arts 4 All provides a digital platform for artists to display and sell their artwork. Our services must be used for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site or use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised activities.
3. Artist Responsibilities
As an artist listing work on Fine Arts 4 All:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability.
- You agree to inform us immediately if a listed artwork is sold elsewhere or becomes unavailable.
- You may continue to promote and sell your work independently, but we require notification if any piece listed on our platform is sold through other channels.
- You remain the owner of your artwork until sold, and you are responsible for delivery or fulfilment unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Commission
Fine Arts 4 All takes a 20% commission on the final sale price of artworks sold through the platform. This commission is deducted from the sale amount before the balance is transferred to the artist.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information at all times.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content including branding, design, and structure is the property of Fine Arts 4 All and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Artwork images and descriptions remain the intellectual property of the artist but may be used for promotional purposes by Fine Arts 4 All unless otherwise requested.
7. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Spread malware, spam, or disrupt the functionality of the site
- Submit false information or impersonate others
- Interfere with the performance or security of the platform
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, nor do we warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information provided.
